Job Summary
Formulate innovative concepts and mood boards infused with powerful visuals with the aim of building attractive proposals and increasing client approval rate.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand proposal requirements and conduct market research to create concepts, mood boards, and models.
- Collaborate with team members to pitch in creative ideas and formulate final creative concepts.
- Prepare sample references for approval and provide the required number of options.
- Build mood boards, structure proposals, and create 3D sketches.
- Review client presentations developed by the account management team and fine-tune as needed.
- Assist, plan, and execute design projects and other creative materials as requested.
- Support the social media team with content creation and implementation when needed.

- Quality of final proposal presentations and layout.
- Timeliness of submissions according to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts.
- Post-graduate studies in copywriting, art direction, or design studies are an asset.
Experience
- Fresh graduate up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D tools.
Skills & Abilities
- Very good English (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut, and After Effects.
